RAW AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE
1.5 cup of water
1 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup light agave
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp. of organic vanilla
1 ripe avocado (pitted and skin removed)Strawberries and mint leaves (garnish)
Blend all these ingredients in a powerful blender (I prefer the Vitamix), until smooth.
Pour into margarita glass or another dessert dish as pictured.
Place in Refrigerator until chilled. Place washed and sliced strawberries on chocolate mousse. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
